Granny's Kitchen : orange peel glow mask

Hello there ,

I have not been posting because i was thinking to quit but in the end i decided not to :D
Granny's kitchen is basically a series previously I introduced as 'the new me' .
Enough of this already !
Today i present you this mask made from orange peel and which  does work and gives instant results.
Well i saw this at one of the blogs that orange peel are extremely good for skin and health . So I did my own little research and came to the conclusion to try this and give some really good advice to my readers :)
Well according to my research the peel has more vitamin C than the orange itself. And it has calcium and potassium and some other as well its that good !
So basically i peeled two oranges washed them and cut them in thin slices :D
Then i spread them on an aluminium sheet and let them dry for two days , yours may take more or less time because it depends on the peels .  Wait until they completely dry they will eventually shrink .  Grind them and store the powder in an airtight box in the fridge.
I have been consuming it 1 teaspoon with water and there is a visible change . So dry them up before orange say bye to you.
The mask is for glowing skin i figured that out because i had the dewy glow on my face afyer applying this you shine which doesn't look oily yeah that kind of shine.
Ingredients
Orange peel powder   2tsp
Honey                         1tsp
Yoghurt                     1tsp
Directions

Until next time . Tc.
